In the News: Texas Health Resources’ hospitals named Top Performing Hospitals by Premier

Texas Health Resources (Arlington, TX) announced that USMD Hospital at Arlington (Arlington, TX), Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Azle (Azle, TX), Texas Health Harris Methodist Cleburne (Cleburne, TX), Texas Health Harris Methodist HEB Hospital (Bedford, TX) and Texas Health Harris Methodist Southwest (Fort Worth, TX) were named Top Performing Hospitals by Premier Inc (Charlotte, NC) as part of its QUEST national quality improvement initiative. The goals of QUEST are to save lives, reduce costs and improve delivery of care through the application of evidenced-based methods. Hospitals must meet each of the three goals to receive the award. In 2011, 120 facilities throughout the U.S. were named to the Top Performing list.
