October 28, 2022 – Vizient recently launched the Vizient Community mobile app to improve valuable collaboration and information exchange amongst Vizient members. The new mobile app improves the ability of the more than 45,000 members participating in the Vizient Community to collaborate and exchange information more easily, on the go.
The new Vizient Community mobile app provides an easy login for members (biometrics unlock the app), the ability to quickly review push and in-app notifications (without relying on email notifications), and the ability to create a query, respond to peers and more.
Motivated by the voice of the member, work on the mobile app began in 2021 with development, followed by extensive testing and a five-week pilot launch that included more than 5,000 members and staff. The project involved teams from across the company, including app development, IT, marketing, member connections, security and support.
