November 4, 2021 – Ontada, a McKesson business focused on real-world data and evidence, clinical education and provider technology, announced that Sagran Moodley will join as chief innovation and technology officer.
In this role, Moodley will oversee Ontada’s data infrastructure, integrity, insights and security, as well as the development of the technologies and systems that power Ontada’s diverse software suites, including the iKnowMed electronic health record, trusted by the nation’s largest community oncology network.
The new position will elevate Ontada’s focus on healthcare information while accelerating the innovation and quality of core technologies, the company says.
Moodley has more than 25 years of experience leading healthcare IT and business initiatives. Most recently, he served as SVP of Clinical Data Services and Technology for UnitedHealthcare Clinical Services, where he was responsible for the clinical technology strategies for over 55 million members across UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business.
