MyHealth+ app updating to reflect Intermountain Health branding 

July 24, 2023 – In the coming weeks, MyHealth+ users will notice physical changes to their application as the My Health+ site will be updated to reflect Intermountain Health’s new branding, including a new name: Intermountain Health’s patient portal.  

MyHealth+ is Intermountain’s application that enables patients access to their medical information through their smartphones, tablet, or computer. 

Intermountain’s patient portal makes managing health information easier and convenient. It provides a simplicity of accessing health records, messaging with providers and a healthcare team, scheduling an appointment, paying bills, viewing test and lab results.  The portal is available as a mobile app and web experience.  

Consumers are also able to request proxy access to view the account of someone for whom they are legally responsible.
