April 2, 2021 – Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp. (Princeton, NJ) has appointed Shaundra Clay to its board of directors, effective April 1. She is currently the global vice president of finance at Beam Suntory, Inc., a premium spirits company, and is responsible for enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis and leads the integration of the short, mid and long-term planning processes to optimize resource deployment. Clay has spent 13 years in leadership roles in the healthcare industry. She served as chief financial officer for Australia, Canada and Europe at Eli Lilly and Co. and spent several years at Medtronic.
