September 12, 2022 – GE has named the board of directors for its healthcare business, which is aiming to spin off in the first week of 2023. GE Chairman and CEO Larry Culp, who will remain CEO of GE Aerospace after the spinoff, will serve as non-executive chairman of GE HealthCare. Peter Arduini, CEO of GE HealthCare, will serve as a director. Rodney Hochman, CEO of Providence, a Catholic not-for-profit health system, will be appointed to the GE HealthCare board as well as Lloyd Howell, CFO and treasurer of Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp.
