November 4, 2020 – Capstone Health Alliance (Fletcher, NC) announced it is now accepting applications for the 2021 Capstone Leadership Institute.
The Capstone Leadership Institute is a program developed exclusively for Capstone members and is designed to provide leadership development training for supply chain professionals.
There is no charge for Capstone members to participate.
To be considered for the class, applicants must be employed by a member of Capstone Health Alliance and meet program requirements. Program requirements include education and experience as well as completed courses in the Capstone Learning Academy. Applicants can nominate themselves and secure a recommendation letter to support their interest. Applications may also be accepted from leaders in the Capstone membership who recommend an individual within their facility that would benefit from participating in the Capstone Leadership Institute.
A limited number of students will be accepted into the 2021 class. The deadline to apply for the 2021 class of the Capstone Leadership Institute is December 1st, 2020.
The Capstone Leadership Institute is an education platform built to empower and prepare future leaders in supply chain. Led by a council of Capstone Health Alliance members and the Capstone team, the Capstone Leadership Institute provides courses developed by Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) that offer a deep dive into Supply Chain operations, coupled with course work in Hospital Operations, Professional Development and Leadership. Students attend regularly scheduled virtual classes, complete a mid-term and a final project.
