November 9, 2023- Ansell announced it has been selected as the “Sustainability Partner of The Year” by Blackwoods at the 2023 Blackwoods Supplier Awards. Blackwoods is an Ansell distributor and Australia’s leading provider of industrial and safety supplies.
The 2023 Blackwoods Supplier Awards was held at Doltone House, New South Wales on the 19th of October in conjunction with a thank you lunch to celebrate and acknowledge the ongoing partnership between Blackwoods and its suppliers.
This year, Blackwoods introduced the “Sustainability Partner of The Year” category to recognize a partner who has demonstrated results in delivering a new generation of products and business practices to create a more sustainable future.
Ansell was selected based on its recyclable product content, end-to-end product lifecycle, recyclable packaging and waste reduction, and community partnership with a focus on Indigenous products and organisations. Other finalists for this award included Lanotec, Energizer, Ochre Sun and Kimberly-Clark.
