September 19, 2024- Intermountain Health was recognized as the top healthcare employer in Nevada in the 2024 Forbes Best Employers. This is the first time Intermountain Health has landed on the Forbes list for Nevada. Overall, Intermountain was sixth employer rated among all companies in the Silver State.
Intermountain entered the Nevada area with the acquisition of Healthcare Partners in mid-2019. Now, the healthcare system has over 65 clinics in Southern Nevada, stretched from Pahrump to Mesquite.
A new 90,000 square foot healthcare facility, the Badura Clinic, was also recently announced with a groundbreaking in May. This new building that is located southwest Las Vegas will house numerous clinics and services including pediatrics, women’s health, adult primary care, senior primary care, and cancer care that includes radiation and oncology.
